RESIDENTS OFTHE TOWNSHIP OF BALDWIN

Please be advised that, as of Dec. 1, 2007, our residential garbage will be transported to the Township of Nairn/Hyman’s landfill. Our landfill is over capacity and we therefore need to contract our garbage to Nairn/Hyman. Our commercial garbage is going to Dodge's Landfill in Espanola. The landfill is closed as of December 1st 2007, so please use our regular garbage pick-up on Wednesdays to dispose of your household waste.

Recycling will continue as is. If you should have any large scrap metal to get rid of, i.e. washers or dryers, I am providing you with a name and number to call for this: Eric’s Recycling and Mechanical - phone number is 866-5177.

Landfill hours for Nairn/Hyman changed to: Wednesdays and Saturdays - 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon.
